I had a wonderful stay at this resort spa! The staff was genuinely caring and made my Trip special, particularly JD at the bar who was always a delight to chat with. My room had beautiful views of the harbor, but I encountered some issues with housekeeping and amenities that took away from an otherwise great experience. The service definitely had its ups and downs, and the dining options could have been improved. Overall, it's a lovely place with potential that I hope continues to focus on guests' needs.
